VOLUNTEER CO-ORDINATOR
Mid West Simon operate with a limited number of staff, we are always in need of volunteers but it is often problematic co-ordinating them, arranging vetting and training. This role is best suited to a person with strong initiative, who will work with a number of Mid West Simon staff organising volunteer role’s and the volunteers themselves. Minimum of 1 day per week.
YELLOW HOUSE BOXES (YHB)
Yellow house boxes are our charity collection boxes that we have in the local community. This includes pubs, shops and local businesses. The role involves managing a particular area, village or town. This is in the Mid West Region, Limerick, Clare & North Tipperary. – Keeping a regular check on the existing boxes and replacing when required.
BUCKET COLLECTORS
If you enjoy meeting people and can spare a couple of hours you could join our charity collection team. These collections are a vital part of our fundraising activity and take place predominantly in Limerick city and Ennis, Co Clare and supermarkets locally. Shifts are normally 2 – 3 hours long
