Communication strategists, ThinkHackers, break the ‘events’ mold by empowering their audience to get the conversation going on the benefits of conflict with Elite IRFU Rugby Referee and former Grand slam winner Joy Neville.

LIMERICK, Ireland, October 18th 2021 / — High energy duo, ThinkHackers, are launching their ‘In Conversation with’ series of events where the audience will have the opportunity to converse with high profile guests who have navigated and become leaders in the face of conflict.

“This series of live events will focus on how we can amplify our communication when leading, handling conflict and forging new territory in our career trajectories”, said ThinkHackers co-founder, Lisa Moloney.

Attendees on the night can enjoy networking, stories, anecdotes and plenty of exchange, hearing how adversity was given short shrift, how emotions got us through and how words shaped the outcome. All complimented with tasty bites, a good vintage and serious fashion.

“A large part of what we do is to give people an open and warm space where we can get to the heart of the conversation”, said ThinkHackers co-founder, Fiona Hayes.

First up? The rugby pioneer that is, Joy Neville.

Joy has always used conflict as a motivator to succeed, channeling it as a catalyst to refute entrenched thinking. During the evening, people will hear how Joy achieves and maintains high performance, and how she stays motivated, even when the conflict is intensely personal.

ThinkHackers has partnered with Mid West Simon Community for the evening and 25% of proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the efforts of this essential service helps people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or suffering food poverty in Limerick, Clare and North Tipperary. “We have had a serious challenge in collecting donations over the past 18 months”, said CEO Jackie Bonfield.  Jackie continued, “we are delighted that ThinkHackers have chosen Mid West Simon as their charity partner for this event to assist us with our fundraising efforts.  During 2020, we accommodated over 330 individuals, as well as providing food for 13,196 clients through our Food Banks. All donations received from our donors, community members and businesses go towards providing homeless services.”

The venue and sponsor is the stylish Clayton Hotel in Steamboat Quay Limerick. “We are honoured to play our part in hosting this wonderful thought provoking event in association with such a worthy charity” says Elaine Ryan Sales & Marketing Manager, Clayton Hotel Limerick.

We’ll round off the night with fashion, courtesy of Brown Thomas Limerick. We all have our own style but who doesn’t love a look of what’s trending and tips on how we can blend it in.
